Terms & Conditions

1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by the Hotel. By making a reservation or staying at the property, guests agree to comply with all policies listed below.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid debit/credit card may be required to guarantee the reservation.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise cards prior to arrival.
  • Full payment may be required at check-in unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices may vary depending on season, availability, or promotional offers.
  • Check-in time: 4:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM 
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • A valid photo ID may be required at check-in.
  • Cancellation terms vary based on the rate selected at booking.
  • Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Failure to arrive (no-show) will result in full charges for the booking.

Please refer to your confirmation email for the specific policy applied to your reservation.

  • Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit, and exceeding it is not permitted.
  • Additional guests may incur extra charges and must be approved by reception.
  • Children must be included in the total occupancy count.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to charge the registered card for repairs, replacements, or excessive cleaning.
  • The Hotel is not responsible for loss of personal belongings left unattended.
  • The Hotel is a strictly non-smoking property.
  • Smoking inside rooms or indoor areas may incur a deep cleaning fee of up to £250.
  • Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
  • Pets are allowed and should be pre-approved by the management and additional charges may apply
  • Service animals are allowed as required by law.
  • Guests must behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and property.
  • The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or disruptive.
  • Parking may be available onsite; however, spaces are not guaranteed,  it’s subject to availability and additional charges apply for parking.
  • Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

Outside food delivery may be restricted in certain areas.

Guests must follow restaurant or bar policies where applicable.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for informing staff members of their needs before ordering or consuming any food or beverage.

Allergen information (including but not limited to nuts, dairy, gluten, shellfish, soy, and eggs) may be available upon request; however, kitchens may not be completely allergen-free.

Cross-contact can occur; guests with severe allergies should exercise caution and consult staff for guidance.

Special meals or accommodations may be provided when possible but are not guaranteed without advance notice.

Guests should review all labels, menus, and ingredient lists when available and ask questions if they are unsure about any item.

The venue is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergens, cross-contact, or consumption of outside food or beverages.

The Hotel is not liable for events beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or unexpected operational issues.

  • The Hotel collects and processes personal information in line with UK GDPR regulations.
  • Information is used strictly for booking, communication, and operational purposes.
  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.

The Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Revised versions will be posted on the website.
